Before a provider can receive customer requests, we review their business information and applicable license and insurance documentation. Requirements vary by service type and location. All providers must be approved before being activated on the platform.
Do I need to create an account to request service?
No. You can submit a service request without an account. We send you a secure link to track your job status.
How does the charity giveback work?
When you submit a request, you choose a partnered charity. When your job is completed, your service provider contributes a percentage of the job value to that charity.
Are reviews job-linked?
Yes. Reviews can only be submitted using a secure link tied to a specific completed job. Every review comes from a real customer with a confirmed completed job.
How do I become an approved service provider?
Click "Apply as a Service Provider" and submit your company information, service area, and required business documents. Our team reviews applications within 2 business days.
How much does My GiveBack Hub cost to use?
My GiveBack Hub is free for customers to use. There is no platform fee to submit a request or get matched with a provider, and the charity contribution comes from the service provider, not from you. (You still pay your provider directly for the work itself.)
